All products sold by Total Kitchen & Bath are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if available. Any claims, repairs, or replacements related to product defects must be made directly with the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.

Total Kitchen & Bath does not provide any additional warranties, express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All products and services are provided “as is,” “where is,” and “with all faults.”
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Total Kitchen & Bath be liable for:

The buyer agrees that Total Kitchen & Bath’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty inquiries or claims.
